Con las ultimas luces, pasó planeando en caería por breve momento, sobre el docel.
En plumaje nupcial ( cola con plumas aun más larga que las alas) Alas, garganta, y colas negras absolutas (no vi las plumas blancas del cuello) vientre bien rojizo-castaño. Para mi es uno de los ataja caminos más pequeños y menudos. Ya lo vi y oí en reiteradas ocasiones en los últimos 4 años. En todas las estaciones. En una ocasión 3 ejemplares juntos (con las colas normales) muy difícil de fotografiar.
