Ejemplar que se pescó con caña sardinera y lombriz en un pequeño arroyo llamado por los lugareños San Felipe. En época de sequía suele secarse totalmente. En el mismo curso de agua en 2019 se pescaron dos ejemplares de Austrolebias elongatus
