Por increíble que parezca las Pavas de Monte han llegado hasta el centro de la ciudad de Salta.
Desde hace algún tiempo incursionan por Barrio Tres Cerritos y los aledaños al Monumento al Gral Güemes, hoy las he visto en el parquecito anterior a la Parroquia de Nuestra Señora del Valle (Esquina Sudoeste de la intersección de las calles Lerma y Mendoza).
