En flores de ingá (Inga uruguensis). Muy difícil de fotografiar aunque vienen todas las tardes un ratito. Los Picaflores las corren como uno más entonces liba rápidamente y se va. En el momento había cuatro Picaflores Comunes y un Bronceado peleando, así que ella se tomó su tiempo y pude fotografiarla, aunque no bien. Según el libro está más al sur de lo conocido. Por el batir muy rápido de las alas los estambres se ven como si las alas fueran transparentes.
