Bicho mediano-grande caminando por la orilla del mar. El género fue sugerido por Cesar Crash en Insetología, en base a las tibias traseras curvadas y con espolones, una característica que puede verse en la imagen de Camaria cyanea que hay en el libro "Besouros e seu mundo", del Dr. Celso Godinho Jr. Más tarde, el mismísimo Celso me confirmó que el ejemplar de mi foto es del género Camaria.
