Encontramos una bandada de entre 30 a 50 individuos de esta especie, con Ricardo Fernandez Chávez, quien ya la había registrado a la especie en este partido. Las monjitas estaban comiendo insectos en un campo sin cultivar, llama la atención, que a esta altura del año haya una bandada en este lugar, ya que las mismas emigran desde el sur en el invierno.
