Es el primer registro de nidificación en la zona desde hace más de 20 años (registrado en Laguna de los Padres por Nuñez Chas y Sorensen, 1992; Naroski y Di Giacomo, 1993).
Había una pareja adulta con dos volantones. (Trabajo en preparación)
