Why create Checklists of my wildlife watching trips with EcoRegistros?
- To share results with friends very easily, just by copying the link (url) in an email or forum, you do not attach files, since you can check online. There is also the possibility to download as a file so that it can check offline.
- It shows a map with the route taken, anywhere in the world.
- It shows the number of species recorded, the systematic listing of species also displays information on certain species (observed, photographed, filmed, heard and recorded vocal) grouped by the number of days, that is, if one day I observed Spix´s Spinetail (Synallaxis spixi) and one day I heard then appear in the list as seen and heard.
- We also show all the pictures of successful species (one per species), as well as shortcuts to the audios and videos.
- Also, create a Checklists helps verify all records published, since in only one screen shows synthetically all recorded species that were charged for a certain period. That is, it is much easier to tell if a missed load records of some species, or if you mistakenly entered an incorrect. All species listed have links to its sheet of species with all the information of the user, with the ability to remove the user filter and view the Community sheet.
- By publishing the records of each travel you are updating the information from the sheet of the species, adding a dot on the various maps, adding photographs, videos and audios. Species are also added to the lists of places, provinces, countries, types of animals, etc. Each record provides information that is displayed to the system through several ways, ie the system is fed with each record.

- In the left column find "My Checklists", press "Create new".
- Complete data

- Name: Something descriptive, such as "Holiday 2013", "Entre Rios 01/2013" or "01/15/2013 Ceibas".

How do I add a Checklist records and what I do first, charge records and created the Checklist?
Records are added automatically to the Checklist and no matter the order of creation, that is, I can load the records first and then create the Checklist or vice versa.
After created the Checklist, if it were to be any change in the records, the system will recognize, that is, if you were to delete a record, add a new or edit the species of an record existing, then the Checklist will be updated automatically.
Similarly with a taxonomic change, when changes are made in the names of species or families belongings, or any other such change also will reflect changes in the Checklists.
So is very simple, just load the records and generate Checklist from your profile!
