Description


Description: Generally brownish; yellowish underparts; small whitish eyebrow and throat.

Geographic Distribution within Argentina: In the west of the country. From Salta to Río Negro and Chubut (reaching the east).

Habitat: Steppes, prepuna, and sand dunes.

Behavior: Very fast runner.
