El viejo "Churqui" de la vereda de la casa de Villa La Bolsa, uno de los pocos espinillos que sobreviven anteriores al loteo allá por la década del 40 del siglo pasado. Caído pero no vencido. Mientras dure esta ola conservacionista seguramente será respetado aunque ocupe toda la vereda.
