La coloración no concuerda precisamente. Desde lejos parecía una hoja seca. Fue fotografiada de muy cerca y además tocada para mover las alas y ver el color de la parte superior, hay foto de parte pero no buena. Jamás reaccionó, permaneció muy quieta y así quedó. Sobre una planta de Pterocaulon sp. probablemente P. angustifolium.
