We invite all observers and photographers to participate in the challenge of birding 24Hs BIRDING CHALLENGE Parque Luro, competition of 24 consecutive hours within Luro Park Nature Reserve, province of La Pampa, Argentina; consisting of observation and photography of birds searching for as many records of different species, the more evidence records, records best within a defined territory and better pictures. The competition is individual and is encouraged to share with groups of friends. The categories are: Most observed species Most species documented Best records Best photographs The support platform is EcoRegistros competition, where from published records for each participant automatically organize the rankings of contestants in the categories Observed and Documented , are made the listings of species recorded by each participant, the list of all registered in the contest and more species, you just have to publish records of bird species observed and / or photographed. The competition is organized by Birding Challenge, ASIO (Visión Natural), Freebirds y EcoRegistros, with the special auspices of the Ministry of Tourism of La Pampa. La Reserva Natural Park Luro supports the event and close the doors to tourists during the period of the contest, to participate there is a cost for the use of facilities and including camping reservation service, grocery and stay in the park. Registration is handled by ASIO (Visión Natural), who also provide prizes (For details of prices and awards contact: info@asio.com.ar). Freebirds and EcoRegistros involved providing support to the event and support platform records respectively, checking and validating the material posted by users, organizing and reporting rankings of contestants winners. All material on competition generated is stored and available in the database EcoRegistros, and can be used to Freebirds.
