365 Birding Challenge 2014: Argentina - Chile - Uruguay

Annual Competition birding in Chile, Argentina and Uruguay. It consists of observation and photography of birds searching for as many records of different species, the more evidence records, records best within a defined territory and better photographs throughout 2014.
The competition is individual, but are encouraged to share with groups of friends, because that's what it is, enjoy and help learn more about the birds around us.
The categories are:

- Most species documented
- Best records
- Best pictures
The regions to participate are:
- Total (Chile, Argentina y Uruguay)
- Chile
- Argentina
- Uruguay
- Chile Norte
- Patagonia y Sur de Chile
- Cuyo y Córdoba
- Pampeana y Uruguay
- Litoral
- Noroeste
The records support platform the annual competition is EcoRegistros, where from published records by each participant are automatically organized the rankings of contestants for the ten regions in the "Observed" and "Documented" category, also are made automatically species lists registered in 2014 by each participant in each region, and much more, you just have to publish records of bird species observed throughout the year.

Moreover, materials can be used to enrich FreeBirds.com.ar species guide online.
There are no prerequisites and the event is free.
Anyone can participate, begins the first day of 2014 and ends on the last!
You only need to enjoy bird watching and publish records!

Ejemplar identificado como B95, y conocido como MoonBird. En la foto se aprecian los 3 anillos de colores que lo indetifican unívocamente (metal, negro y naranja en las posiciones correspondientes), y la leyenda "95" en el banderín naranja. Es el ejemplar más longevo conocido de la subespecie, anillado hace 20 años y que desde entonces ha sido observado alternativamente en ambos hemisferios.
La subespecie es considerada "Amenazada" por Birdlife.
