This is a vagrant to the Peruvian coast. I was walking the dogs and had no camera and I had even forgotten my mobile phone, but this is what I saw: Overall structure and size as tropical kingbird, but strikingly bicolored. Dark brown above, whitish below, tail heavily molting. Perched in the top of a low tree, sallying for insects and returning to the same or another spot.
